Very nice and caring staff in the emergency room, no rush that is passed on to patients; As a patient you feel very well looked after. The team also seems to work well together. The staff at the x-ray were also very nice and calm.

I had hip joint surgery from January 4th to January 8th, 2024, on the left in the HEH. I had my right hip surgery here in 2019. Once again I was very impressed by the treating team of doctors and the motivated nursing staff. Many thanks also to the kitchen and the cleaning staff. I can only highly recommend this clinic.

You are the best. You took my fear away from knee surgery. Every single employee was very friendly and always took the time to answer concerns and questions I thank myself. Here is the patient in the best hands❤️👍👍👍👍👍 I would like to especially thank the nurses from Ward 3! You are great❤️ The same thanks also go to the medical team! ❤️

So I'm thrilled! It was a difficult knee operation and everything went very well. EVERYONE here is really attentive and concerned about the well-being of the patient. It starts with Professor Heller, continues through the senior doctors, and continues with the nursing staff, the kitchen and the cleaning staff. Everyone asks how you are and is willing to help. Unfortunately, I mostly had nothing to wish for. I am very grateful for staying here. In my opinion it couldn't be better!

The admission/preliminary examination for the operation was uncomplicated and quick. Both the doctors and the nursing staff deserve 5 stars without exception. Very well-coordinated team, always friendly, empathetic and quick to help. The rooms and the food are fine. Of course, you shouldn't forget that this is a hospital and not a star hotel. As far as I can tell so far, the operation went great. I would recommend the KH at any time

It doesn't get any better! In a time when people like to criticize, when the focus is all too often negative and the healthcare system is demonized, I experience something completely different. I twisted my ankle on New Year's Eve and died on January 1st. With a torn ligament in the emergency room, I was kindly approached by an emergency room employee in the hallway asking if he could drive me in a wheelchair. I was already pretty out of breath with walking aids, so I was grateful for his thoughtful help. Things continued so nicely. I was thoroughly questioned and examined by a friendly doctor. It was x-rayed in three layers and the images were the best and most modern I had ever seen. Impressive. I was given advice, given a splint and asked if I had any further questions. The doctor assured me that he would go over my images again with a podiatrist the following day and get back to me if necessary. In fact, my phone rang the next day at the announced time and I was now prescribed a splint that was more appropriate for my injury. The doctors took great care. More power really isn't possible! And I am a simple statutory health insurance patient with no additional services. I am grateful and feel extremely well looked after! Many thanks to the HEH
